SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is an important part of our experience; we will do everything in our power to get your order out as soon as possible. We will work with the courier for a timely delivery at the comfort of your home. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the delivery company.


For pre-designed kits, we have a 3-day turn around time. Subject to change depending on order volume.
For custom kits, we require a 7-day notice for them to be designed and shipped. Subject to change depending on order volume. Thank you for understanding!


Shipping costs and timing will be confirmed at check out.


After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order receipt and tracking number so you will know where your package is.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take a lot of care creating and packaging our products for you but sometimes things go wrong and items get damaged.  If this happens, please contact us at paluabox@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will make sure to come up with a resolution. 

If the case is that you do not want the product anymore, please contact paluabox@gmail.com within 7 business days and we will send you a return label.

Items can be returned as long as they come in the original package and are unused 

 

Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances

​We will not provide reimbursement until receiving the package and ensuring all products are complete, in their original packaging, and have not been used.
